    KH75 CENOSPHERE

Inorganic Non-metallic Chemicals--Cenosphere (Hollow Ceramic Microsphere, Aluminosilicate Microspheres, Alumina Silicate Hollow Ceramic Particles)

Cenospheres (Expanded Mineral Materials Containing Alumina and Silica) are a by-product of coal-burning power plants and is a lightweight, inert, hollow sphere filled with air or inert gas.

They are composed of aluminosilicate glass, which has a high melting point, low heat conductivity, resistance to chemical attack and high physical strength. Cenospheres have the appearance of a dry, free-flowing powder that varies in colour from grey to off-white depending upon the nature of the source.

Cenosphere combines all the advantages of spherical shape with the additional benefits of low density at an economic cost.

Cenospheres are free flowing and highly dispersible in their dry state. The hollow spherical structure make cenosphere functional in thermal insulation, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, UV stability, wear resistance, reducing weight and density, reducing shrinkage.

It's a high performance filler for paints and coatings, sealants, adhesives, putties and caulks, and so on.

    There is a broad rang of particle size: 75μm, 100μm, 125μm, 150μm, 160μm, 180μm, 300μm, 500μm, 600μm.
